This is a Mallard Hen solid wood decoy that has been repainted by Lisa Byrd. Custom superb quality finish. It is unsigned. Painted in 2004.

This decoy was handcarved by my Uncle Henry Chapman when he worked for Ken Harris in the early 1960's. This bird originally had a natural finish, with a coat of varnish.

We shipped this decoy to Lisa Byrd, who did a magnificent job of giving this duck its new Mallard Hen colors. The detail is just awesome!

Measures 16-1/4 " long by 5-1/4" wide and sits 6-1/2" high. Head is turned approx. 5 degrees. Glass eyes.

Condition is immaculate. No flaws.
