This is a solid wood handcarved full size Killdeer decoy painted by Lisa Byrd. Unknown carver and it is unsigned. Glass eyes.

Measures about 7" long and stands 7-1/4" high.

Condition is very good, however, there is a fine shrinkage crack on one side of the body (see photo below).
