This is a handcarved & handpainted solid wood Bluebill drake decoy that was handcarved and painted by Canadian carver Maynard Caine.

Condition is excellent, with a couple of tiny paint nicks.

Original paint. Glass eyes. Extra carving detail at the wing tips and bill area. Signed with his standard MC inscribed brand (see photos).

Measures 14" tip to tip by 5-1/2" wide and sits 5-1/2" high to the top of the head. Outstanding combing detail.
